Falastin cookbook review: 'A joyous celebration of Palestinian cuisine

Any book written by two chefs who hail from the Ottolenghi dynasty comes with a considerable sense of anticipation. Sami Tamimi and Tara Wigley’s Falastin (Ebury Press, £28), a book about the culture, history, people and – importantly – food of Palestine, is a labour of love that fully deserves the fervour.
