China’s National Energy Administration (NEA), in order to thoroughly inventory renewable energy installation nationwide, has undertaken retrospectieve examination of unqualified PV and onshore wind power-generating facilities not yet coming into construction, under construction or completed, including those approved in the 12th National Development Plan (2011-2015), according to China-based media reports.

As China’s NEA reconfigures renewable development through its retrospective reexamination it also “reconfigures” the countries energy future.”
